All deposits at 335win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

No hidden fees: 335win does not charge deposit fees on any supported method. The PKR amount you send will land in your 335win account balance in full. Your payment provider may have their own transfer terms, but 335win does not deduct any platform fee from deposits.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 335win reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account level, which may vary depending on your verification status and account history.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same methods available for deposits. Your withdrawal account must be registered in your own name — matching your 335win account name exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification is a one-time process. Once approved, subsequent withdrawal requests do not require you to resubmit documents unless your account details change or a security review is triggered.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Raast withdrawals generally complete within the same day. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take one to three business days. These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by verification status, withdrawal volume or banking system delays outside 335win's control.
335win may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where identity verification is incomplete, where an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where a security or fraud review is in progress. You will be notified of any hold through your account notification centre.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated during active wagering are not withdrawable until requirements are fully satisfied.

Tactics that exploit bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting with low-risk strategies across multiple accounts, deliberately placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or using automated tools to wager on bonus funds — are considered bonus abuse. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may be suspended.
Forfeiting a bonus: If you wish to withdraw real money funds before completing wagering on an active bonus, you may forfeit the bonus. This removes the bonus balance from your account but makes your real money balance immediately withdrawable. Visit your account settings to forfeit an active bonus.
335win reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. Certain promotions may be limited by jurisdiction, account activity level or other criteria specified in the individual offer terms.
All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your account at the time of placement. 335win reserves the right to decline any bet or limit stake sizes at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
Where odds are published due to a technical error, data feed error or human error, 335win reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. A palpable error is one where the odds offered bear no reasonable relationship to the true market odds at the time of the bet. Decisions on palpable errors are at the sole discretion of 335win.
For PSL matches, T20 internationals and other cricket markets, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a no-result due to weather or other causes, bets on match outcome markets are void and stakes returned unless specified otherwise. Live in-play bets are settled on the basis of the game state at the time the bet was confirmed, not the time it was submitted.
A bet may be voided where the event is cancelled, postponed to a date outside the result window, or where a market is determined to have been manipulated. Void bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
Casino games at 335win — including slots, live casino tables and fish games — are provided by third-party game suppliers. The random number generators (RNGs) and game logic are operated by those suppliers and are subject to their own certification and testing standards.
Fish game outcomes involve both a skill element (aim and ammunition selection) and a probabilistic element (kill calculations). Neither fish games nor any other casino game at 335win guarantee a positive financial return. Over time, all games carry a house edge.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance associated with the breach may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request or due to dormancy — available real-money balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
